Sharing a little about me today. Almost 9 years ago we moved to Florida from Connecticut. We settled in Dunedin and found cute little house with a pool, not too far from the beach. The quaint beach town will always hold a special place in our hearts even though we quickly outgrew that house with the arrival of Miles, and then Harper.

School has started whether we like it or not, so I guess I need to setup a space to keep all the kid’s stuff! For my own sanity there must be some organization, otherwise daily papers for 3 students will quickly get out of control 😅 Right now we are working with what we had and some new additions 😊

Our dining area used to look a little different. I turned the kitchen table side ways, we lost an end seat but honestly we usually just eat at the counter anyway! The white cubby used to keep legos and toy bins up in the loft has now been repurposed for school work. Each kid gets 2 bins, one for devices and the other for school work.

We only have 1 Apple Pencil, but we are seriously considering another. Writing is so much easier and we don’t have to print out all those papers!

What tips and tricks do you have for setting up a space at home? I need all the ideas!

I was fresh out of college and two puppies were the perfect edition to our family. Fast forward 12 years, we have 3 kids and 2 senior dogs. Senior pets are a lot of work! This is Audi he is a mix of Yorkie and Maltese. He’s pretty much a tough guy in a tiny body 🥰 His favorite thing to do is chase crows in the yard and sleep all day. Do you have any family pets?
