Did our new manufactured home come with a warranty?

YES! After our home was delivered we went around and made a punch list of things to be fixed. A couple weeks later a contractor was sent from Georgia to work on our home and fix any concerns. So far nothing major has come up, but we did have a few things.

Like this crack that appeared in the kitchen ceiling. It’s pretty common to have cracks from everything shifting during the move and it’s also an easy fix. The contractor is actually working on patching that right now, and you can’t even tell it was ever there.

Another issue is this gap around the kitchen sink, we thought it just needed extra caulking, but it turns out the hole is cut too big so a new countertop for the island has been ordered.

And then there’s the issue with this window in one of the bedrooms, I’ve tried everything to clean it but the foggy look will not go away. So they are just going to be replacing it with a brand new window.

Then we have the front door, I wish I would have waited to paint it black! The storm door has always given us trouble because everything shifted during the move, so they will replace both doors and I’ll have to repaint the new door.

Keep your fingers crossed these are our only issues and nothing big comes up, but thankfully if it does we’re covered under the warranty! 😄
